Wow, I haven’t been on my health blog in a while D: It kind of sucks. I went to the hospital recently and was diagnosed with Gallstones. Easily it was the most painful experience of my life, and the only way to not go through it again is to go on a low to no fat diet. The list of things I can eat is few and far between. Small amounts of lean meats: Turkey Breast, Chicken Breast and fish, along with anything veggie or vegan not cooked in oil. I’m wondering how this will effect my weight loss, I have been eating more bread, but since I can’t eat meat unless I cook it myself (so I know there is no oil) will that help with the loss? I’m also very concerned about muscle loss. So far my weight hasn’t moved, it’s been at a solid 155 for around a month now. Maybe this diet change is the opening I need to really loose. Perhaps I’ll keep it up, if it works, even after the surgery.

The Korean story of the little mermaid is that she must kill the prince in order to be human, and instead in the end, she loves him too much and kills herself instead.
